Friend
There are people in this world that can never lose the term friend. With others the term seems to fade away over time. Memories of some individuals remind you just how important the term is. I hold it very close to my heart. My friend. I hold you very close to my heart.
As time passes, People enter and exit your life. “friends” come and go but a true friend lingers. They call you randomly, even if you’ve always been unsure to call in the first place. They text you periodically even when you’ve written and erased a text a thousand times.
You will never lose the term ‘my friend’.
